Policy

Internet Sales only at this time.   All sales are based on New York law. 

All minerals are exactly as pictures.  No substitutes will be delivered.  Photos are not altered with an enhancement program!   We believe every mineral is awesome, even broken, as they often show us surprises within.  Where we have

historical data, we will provide original labeling if available.

We strive for the best representation we can achieve!  Pictures say a thousand words; but seeing the smile on your face is better.   If there isn't a smile, return your minerals.   No questions asked.   We have a three (3) day return notification policy to receive your RMA #.   You can return your mineral within two (2) weeks after purchase.   You need to let us know within three days and have it back to our shop within two weeks.  Simple enough. No restocking fees.  Shipping will be your responsibility, however.

We ship United States Parcel Post Service (including International shipping) and find the lowest shipping rate for you.   Express shipping is available for an additional fee.   Minerals are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

We ship within 2 to 3 business days of the date of order.   No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen.  

Pay Pal, Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa), Mail Orders and checks accepted. 

New York sales tax charged to NY residents.
