Our Saffron Hair & Scalp
Tonic has a blend of powerful oils well known for their health benefits (Avocado
oil, olive oil, grape seed oil and almond oil). These oils are blended in equal
portions and then solar infused with our 4 herb/seed blend
(Saffron/Rosemary/Flax/Horsetail) for weeks to extract the natural benefits. No
chemicals added.
SUGGESTED USE: Open and apply roll top directly to the scalp.
Massage scalp and leave on for at least twenty minutes; or more as you wish,
then wash. Or use sparingly and leave on. While this formula was developed for
hair loss, all ingredients are food grade and can be applied to skin for any dry
skin conditions to expedite the healing process.
Keep in cool and dark place. Use externally only, although all ingredients are
food grade (except for the amethyst minerals enhancements). Saffron and a few
herbs are left in the oil to continue its infusion and we add 7 gemstones of
amethyst. Amethyst generates far-infrared radiation. Scientific studies have
shown that by increasing the infrared radiation level in your body, you will
have more energy to grow and re-grow cells in your body. The benefit of
far-infrared radiation is that its wavelengths are very long, so they don't have
enough energy to kill cells (like X-rays), but just enough to provide them with
life-giving energy.

A, B, D, and E. It also has protein, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, and
folic acid. All nutrients that make it ideal for use to help prevent damage to
the hair. The vitamins help protect the scalp and feed the hair It is a light
oil that absorbs easily into both the scalp and skin. It is said to closely
resemble the oil naturally produced by the scalp or sebum.
Olive Oil – The fatty acids that olive oil is made up of will coat the shaft of
your hair, helping to keep it healthy and protected. Olive oil is loaded with
antioxidants. It fights off fungi & bacteria leading to dandruff and adverse

Grape Seed Oil – Grape seed oil contains a high amount of linoleic acid, a type
of omega-6 fatty acid. Research has demonstrated that when applied to the skin,
this fatty acid can help combat dryness by providing protection against moisture
loss. It is believed that the significant levels of linoleic acid and vitamin E,
among other vitamins, minerals and protein, Using grape seed oil for hair may
combat seborrheic dermatitis, and cradle cap in infants, in order to helps to
remove the flakes of skin from the scalp and keeps it moisturized. When

oil is a must. Almond oil is a rich source of magnesium which is used in a

4 BLEND HERB/SEEDS: Saffron, Rosemary, Flax Seed, Horsetail
Saffron - Medical studies have shown that saffron helps in enhancing oxygen
diffusivity in plasma and other liquids while improving pulmonary oxygenation.
Apart from the volatile oils, there are also non-volatile active components like carotenoid compound that are anti-oxidants beneficial to the body. These prevent
free radical reactions. Some of the carotenoids like zea-xanthin, lycopene,
alpha and beta carotene are widely appreciated. This is also one of the main
uses of saffron. Saffron can be applied topically as a paste to relieve dryness
and other skin conditions.
Horsetail - Silicic acid (silica) helps maintain the integrity of blood vessel
walls for good circulation. Superior sources are unrefined oats and other
whole-grain cereals. Orthosilicic acid, a highly bioavailable form. Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
is a silica-rich herb.
Rosemary - Rosemary contains substances that are useful for stimulating the
immune system, increasing circulation, and also contains anti-inflammatory
compounds. In addition, rosemary has been shown to increase the blood flow.
Rosemary contains an ingredient, carnosic acid, that is able to fight off free
radical damage . Although it's not clear how rosemary works for hair loss,
applying it to the scalp irritates the skin and increases blood circulation.
Flax Seed - Flax seeds are a rich source of vitamin E which has proven effects
on growth of the capillaries. It provides nourishment to the hair roots, shaft,
and the scalp in order to expedite hair growth. They also help control hair
breakage or split ends, and provide the required hydration for hair. Vitamin E
in the flax seeds helps prevent premature discoloration or graying of hair. The
seeds contain high amount of Omega-3 fatty acid which nourish hair follicles and
improves the elasticity of hair and makes it less prone to breakage.
